Yes, a newly renovated and state of the art fully equipped fitness center is located in the clubhouse.

Yes! We actually have 3 beautiful swimming pools for our residents to enjoy with friends and family. We only ask that you abide by posted pool safety rules and hours. 

Income must be three times monthly rent, no evictions or balances owed to previous apartment communities, and good payment history.

At Park West Apartments we know that your pets are family and want to encourage responsible pet interactions for all residents. Park West Apartments uses a third-party pet application service that is both simple and secure. All pet-owning applicants must complete a Pet Screening or Animal Profile prior to final application approval. 

Yes. We offer on-site management and maintenance. Service requests can be made online via our resident portal. We work to provide excellent and fast service with any issue that should arise. 

Yes, you can reserve a parking space for a $25 per month fee. Covered parking is available for an additional fee. Contact our leasing office for more information on parking options and rates.
